    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

    • It is possible to send an explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw to Brainpowerco  to the e-mail address info@brainpowerco.it, requesting the withdrawal form from Customer Care and then following the instructions in the withdrawal confirmation e-mail for conclude the procedure.
    • At the end of the procedure, a confirmation email will be sent containing the return form to be inserted in the box, a sheet with the warehouse address to be printed and applied to the outside of the package and instructions for returning the product.
    • Insert the completed return form in the box together with the product(s) to be returned.
    • Prepare the box by applying the sheet with the address of our warehouse on the outside.

    Returning the items to Brainpower co. must take place without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal request was made. The deadline is met if the goods have been dispatched before the 14 day period has expired. For safety, always keep the shipping receipt.

    RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
    In the case of Returned due to withdrawal, the shipping costs for returning the products are borne by the end customer. The return will be the responsibility of the end customer until the box is delivered to our warehouse.

    DAMAGED PRODUCT:
    In case of Return for incorrect, damaged or defective product, shipping costs are at our expense. In addition to the value of the products purchased, the amount relating to the logistics costs incurred for the delivery of the order will also be refunded, in the event that the returned product was the only one present in the order. Furthermore, return shipping costs will not be charged.

    REIMBURSEMENT
    The return will be handled within 14 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. Timings may vary due to transport delays in the event of holidays or causes of force majeure, nevertheless, we want to reassure you that we will always continue to strive to limit these changes as much as possible. We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the item only after having carried out the appropriate quality checks or to verify, in the event that the product had been returned as defective, the actual non-conformity declared by the end customer. All payments made against the returned items will be refunded, including delivery costs if the buyer decides to use the courier proposed by the Seller. Provision of the refund takes approximately 14 days from the time the item has been checked. Refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used for the purchase (credit card or PayPal) or by bank transfer, unless a different request is made by the customer; in this case, any additional costs resulting from the different payment method chosen will be borne by the customer.

     

    LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY - RETURN FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
    In case of defects and/or non-conformity, you will have the right to have the product restored to conformity, through repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by the art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

    If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you can request repair or replacement or a refund of the item. Pursuant to and for the purposes of the European Directive 771/2019/EC and the Consumer Code, the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers defects in conformity of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the relevant delivery, without prejudice to the fact that your direct action to assert the aforementioned lack of conformity is in any case barred within twenty-six months from the relevant delivery.

    To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph - "Return Request" - indicating as a specific reason "Product damaged, non-compliant or incorrect delivery" and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which it is clearly visible the defect.

    Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form and all the instructions for shipping.

    The authorization to return the product will in no way constitute recognition of non-conformity, the existence of which must be ascertained by us following the return.

    We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the defective item only after having carried out the appropriate quality checks, to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product.
    In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will make the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
